Palov

Palov is an Uzbek signature dish. A main course typically made with rice, pieces of veal and made-to-order chicken breast, grated carrots and onions. It is cooked in a kazan with olive and coconut oils. Served with fresh-cut tomato, cucumber, onions (achichuk) salad.
